US Court Judgement
A contempt judgment against promoters of the imposter Drifters has been affirmed by The Third Circuit Court of Appeals. The United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit issued its Opinion affirming the district court’s finding of contempt against Larry Marshak, his family and business associates for violating a court order issued in 2001, enjoining them from continuing to infringe on The Drifters’ trademark.
2010 UK Arena Tour for The Drifters
Prism Music Group is working is association with Kennedy Street Enterprises and Marshall Arts in 2010 for a UK arena tour. Motown will meet Atlantic Records as PMG Artists The Drifters will appear alongside the legendary Four Tops and Temptations (Pictured Left) and special guests The Three Degrees for a dazzling 10 Date UK Tour in March 2010.
PMG signs new US artist
